Their rates were much better than some other options provided by the financial institution and in particular, Paula was wonderful in walking me through the steps, explaining what would come next, and just generally putting my mind at ease.

I've worked with Attorney Bill Browning and his assistant Paula since 2016 and this is one of the best Attorney's I've worked with. They are very investor friendly as well. Bill and his team are very knowledgeable and most importantly thorough! One of the few Attorney's I've met that actually makes himself available should you have any questions. At other firms it's practically impossible to get the Attorney doing your closing on the phone.
