I haven't used this law firm yet, but I did reach out because I wasn't sure where to start or what type of attorney I needed. McKenna took the time to answer all of my questions and truly went above and beyond. She was compassionate, patient, and made me feel like she genuinely cared about my situation. I found Jenny after running into so many dead ends, after being rear-ended by a school bus in March 2024. Honestly, I thought the worst part would be my car being totaled but, it spiraled from there and it was close to 18 months of huge changes and frequent doctor visits, and it was only recently life started to get back to normal. I highly recommend that you don't use their services. Were supposed to contact me within ten days after I filed out my incident report, which clearly showed negligence. They said my case didn't reach the level of incompetency, When the Doctor, nurse and witnesses stated there was neglect on the part of my services which almost caused me to die. The secretary tried to say that we were in violation of the statute of limitations when we had submitted our paperwork three days after the incident. This was not true. If I didn't call back, I would have never heard from them.
