Been a client of Rishi since the beginning of my immigration over 9 years. His counsel and paperwork are so complete that no RFE or any other issues with USCIS and everything went by smoothly. Highly recommend Rishi Oza. Brown Immigration office staff has been very helpful as well. Melissa Augustin was my case manager and she was very responsive and resourceful with the immigration law. She confidently answered any minor immigration questions I had. One feedback I do have is, wait time with phone and after signing up as client with Brown Immigration, case managers or attorney are usually unavailable on the phone. A kind request to at least answer a quick 30 second on the phone if the client is calling. It goes long way with the client who is nervous or anxious about immigration.

I’ll be honest — we had a few hiccups at the start due to a different case manager. However, after voicing our concerns, they quickly addressed them. Our attorney transferred us to a better case manager, and everything went smoothly from there. I highly recommend Gabriela Durand and Attorney Rishi if you want a swift, direct, and truly helpful team to guide you through the entire immigration process. They’ve been attentive, patient, and accommodating, even after my USCIS approval. My husband and I are very satisfied and grateful for their continued support and professionalism.
