I called in the evening a little before closing time but they got me scheduled the next day and they even came to me . They are super friendly and they take their time to go over stuff step by step which is great because this is my first time .

I give them five stars. I called several attorneys an got told you potentially have a case but unfortunately our firm is busy an can't take it so we're going to refer you to someone who can. I was bout to give up an than I seen or heard a commercial about Brown an Brown gave them a call an I couldn't b more blessed. They heard my situation an told me they had my back an asked when would I b able to meet with them. Within two hours of talking to them on the phone I had one of there associates at my door.

Brown and brown are great. Very convenient make sure they keep you up to date on any case you may have before making decisions.

My experience with Brown and Brown has been absolutely terrible. The lawyer assigned to me, Mark, has shown no compassion and little to no effort in handling my case. I rarely, if ever, speak directly to him—instead, I’m always pushed off to a paralegal. He has failed to file important motions, including a hardship motion I specifically requested. Because of this poor representation, I’ve lost everything. My hand is still broken, and the doctor they sent me to for surgery actually made my condition worse. I am still waiting for proper treatment and for my case to be settled so I can finally get the medical care I need. Brown and Brown has shown me nothing but neglect and lack of accountability.
