They took me on as a client for a very open and shut case, we discussed hourly rate and what the retainer was set at and Tom told me the retainer amount that remained unused would be refunded. They had to do literally nothing besides sit in 1 court session for a total of 10 minutes. I also had my representative changed from Tom due to scheduling conflicts which was fine till the date was changed so he could have attended but still didn’t and sent another lawyer. Once this case was closed, no thanks to anyone at this firm, I reached out about the remaining retainer being refunded. And was all of the sudden told they would not be doing that. These guys are crooks and I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. They did not even have the decency to return my phone call to explain the sudden c

I called the office and was pleased how kind a professional the secretary and attorney were. I did not hire this firm as I only have a minor traffic offense but will definitely use them in the future as it’s difficult to find people as informative and attentive. Thank you for your help.

Talia Is the worst attorney, if you can call her one at all. She yelled at me, I exchange with her from there on in with emails. She did nothing I asked she came up with no ideas, the end product a letter that would’ve been sent to my ex that would’ve given him $450 more in his pocket. She shouldn’t be allowed to represent anybody. She took my money, Did nothing, and then would only refund me a portion of the of the 5000 which originally was quoted as 1500 Scummy Pl..

Zaiter is a scammer, takes your money then asks for more, after the agreed amount was met. Not only is his price of service higher than everyone else's but I had to wait over a year to hear a response back for something that should of took only a few months to do. I wouldn't trust him to help with a parking ticket; let alone any actual paralegal work. The worst "lawyer" I have ever met.
