Mr. Brooks guided me through a difficult conservatorship and guardianship of my elderly brother who had just experienced a medical emergency and had been deemed incompetent. He patiently explained our options and then quickly and efficiently handled all the paperwork. Mr. Brooks went above and beyond after the court decision and prompted the court clerk to complete necessary paperwork while we waited. My wife and I had driven 3 hours for the court hearing and if the paperwork had not been completed that afternoon would have had to return another day. Mr. Brooks took the weight off of us for this legal process so we could concentrate on the welfare and medical needs of my brother. I can't recommend him highly enough for elder law.
