I had the absolute pleasure of retaining Dakota Demaris. He represented my wife and I and he fought for us for nearly a year when all odds was stacked against us. From evil schemes and lies. It was not a 72 hour demand it was something that the attorney knew and agreed upon before he told me to send him over my documents. Not only that but a full refund was issued after I called the bar association to file a complaint about the unethical and unjust keeping of my money even though I had never signed an agreement with you all. And when I said I would dispute the charge through my bank. So if you're going to reply reply with the whole truth because I have the email thread. And you should let people know upfront that you bill at $350 an hour or at least that's what you told me. So just to let the public know they bill at $350 an hour. DO NOT USE !!!!!! I sent my money and all documents that Keith needed to file my emergency filing. I was not contacted again until I asked for a refund of my money , which he had not worked for . I asked his assistant what he had done on my case so far and she did not even see it in the system. I am reporting him to the bar as he is refusing to give my money back that he is unethically keeping. Again DO NOT USE !

He is a solid attorney who fights to win. Very happy with results i Got from a lawsuit he helped represent me in.
