What is most disturbing is that Mr. Dannenhauer went to this law firm simply to do the right thing and make sure his neighbor's farm was properly deeded for him to purchase upon his death as he was caring for the land for years and making annual payments on it. He was simply trying to make sure all was set up legally for himself according to his neighbor's wishes. @benkozak right idea- not golf...both county prosecutor and one of the judges were former law partners of Briscoe and Brannon. Briscoe also owned the local title company. Imagine the conflict of interest created in a county of 10,000 people. Respect Brannon for basically telling you that it was a conflict so you could obtain better representation.

Joe Brannon was very disappointing. Didn't want to fight for me. His words was ( I dont want to ruffle the prosecutors feathers) I got a new lawer that plucked the feathers came out smelling good. Goes to show get a lawer that doesn't play golf with the prosecutor

I heard great things about this law firm well before the passing of Briscoe maybe it went downhill after him! Unfortunately I called to inquire about services and the woman was so rude! Not the older receptionist she was very polite! However when she connected me to the next person which was a woman I should have gotten her name regret that I didn’t she was so unprofessional nasty and rude I wouldn’t dare pay for services from them let alone refer them to anyone!
