Choose them for our closing when we purchased our home. Only used them for convenience since they had previously completed the deed research for the sellers. Despite paying them a fee, it was clear that the seller's interest was their priority. Through the process the attorney stopped numerous times to provide legal advice to the seller. I can't speak about the entire firm, but for JEREMY WAGNER, I can say he is an average bowl of luke warm oatmeal, he doesn't think outside the box, he doesn't have courage and would be a very good fit in local government the way it has inefficiently operating for decades.
