I’ve tried several times to contact this office to solve some back taxes but they are so busy can’t get through, doesn’t matter how good they are, they are missing a very important detail on their practice, customer care, my contact attempts didn’t pass through the assistant of assistant, Liliana was the person they said I should talk to, but she never has time, first calls she said through her assistants she would call back and never did, last call she said through her assistant she would send us an email explaining the process without even ever talk to me to know what I was looking for, so, this careless initial interaction tells me everything, ill look for someone that can actually follow through and avoid future headaches.
