Last April I got caught DWS and was facing jail time. So when I called Brian asking about special privilege driving, he thought I was a great candidate. Was recommended by a family member. Paid to do a consult and I was confident he could help me. Keep in mind the whole time I was a client he had 3 receptionist. ( Younger lady , older lady and his wife ) with the first two I had no problems at all. They were sweet professional and attentive. When his wife took over the front end is when I ran into problems. The courts needed correction on my paperwork in regards to my license. This was a correction Brian needed to make ,and his wife was trying to make me pay AGAIN to come back and get this corrected when I was already paid in full. Brian is an incredibly passionate and smart lawyer and his legal assistant Stacey is absolutely great. Brian is a great lawyer, he really is. His advice is spot on, and he does what he says he will do in court. The only reason I gave three stars is because I was quoted one price and was given false hope that I may not receive money back when all was said and done. In the end, I ended up paying double the quote. In a way, it left me feeling like I was overcharged. I feel like Brian's price ran about the same as what other lawyers would have charged for the case. He did a great job, I just wish he would have been more closer to an accurate price because when we are talking quadruple digits, double the price of the quote was quite up there.
