Hands down a genuine, knowledgeable, and HONEST attorney. Brian DeCarolis went out of his way to look over my case and even though he did not specialize in my case ( it is very complicated and rare) he gave me excellent advice and the fact that he could have completely taken my money and ran with this, his integrity meant more and that to me me is very rare and genuine. . If you are looking for someone who is eager and willing to fight the fight for you, he is the man to call. Out of the 20 attorneys I have contacted so far, Brian took my case the most seriously and gave it the most attention and this also stood out to me. Lord willing- I don’t ever get into criminal trouble , but if I ever did have the need, this would indefinitely be my first call . Thank you again Mr DeCarolis!!

I do not recommend Brian DeCarolis and not quite sure how anyone who has been defended by him with anything larger than a minor offense could rank him much better than 2 stars at best. As a local businessman with over 25 years of experience working with numerous attorneys, this was the least effective legal representation I have encountered. After paying a substantial retainer, I received minimal substantive work. At one point, Mr. DeCarolis declined to appear in court on my behalf, stating the matter was “too last minute,” despite having already been retained.
