This law firm was used to facilitate the sale of property in my wife's parents estate and while the sale did go through they made many mistakes on the legal documents and the legal description of the property. The mistakes involved the legal spelling of names and left off 40 acres of land on the original sales paperwork. Attorney Mooney overcharged for the transaction and was not her attorney. Attorney Mooney charged her by the hour for researching an issue on the property that she never asked him to research to which she already had the answer for if he would have asked. How can an attorney charge an hourly rate when you did not hire him as your attorney to represent you? That is a huge question, he also did not provide a breakdown for his alleged hours of work that he was never hired
