Never spoke to someone so blatantly rude for absolutely no reason, cutting me off with very little detail about case, not letting me get a word in without making insane assumptions without knowing all of the legal steps documented, proven and taken since case started. You can respectfully decline a case, but be a better human. Victim blaming is shameful, and there are laws for not only tenants rights but habitability you should probably brush up on. Compassion goes a long way. Telling someone to get rid of their pets like they are trash is disgusting, and anyone who thinks that way I would not want representing me anyways.

States free consultations. We paid $800.00 for a consultation with the details on our legal needs. He told us he believed it a good case, to leave our documents and give him check for $800.00 retainer and come back in 1 week for his plan. We got to his office, 1 week later, to find him just looking at a few of our documents. We waited close to an hour, past our appointment with no other clients present, for him to tell us it wasn't worth his time if we couldn't give him another $10,000 on that day. Well, we say, guess he needed a weeks pay from us. Find another attorney. He's an ambulance chaser, in our opinion.
