Thankfully not my lawyer! However I needed to get proof that documents were went for my mother's medicaid. I called and was told they would call back before end of business. They did not. I figured a small thing like a photo copy of a fax transmission would be easily handled between appointments. So I took my crochet with me in case I needed to wait for a whole and just went in. Trying to explain to the receptionist got me an eye roll response. Absolutely horrible! Supposedly asked no questions when appt booked. caregiver took mom in... she knew mom had dementia. Was trying to cash in two life insurance policies. If I had not called to make sure appt was not cancelled, no questions would have been asked. Paperwork was all drawn up for mom to sign. Literally minutes away!

When deciding legal council who is going to be dealing with your families assets, estate planning, or any other monetary values, you might want to do some research on the type of people this law firm is employing. Brauman Moore has represented these employees who have pending felony charges and possession charges on their record (public record). These employees are still currently employed at this law firm. It is not illegal for a lawyer to represent thus employees, but highly unethical. When finding the right firm for you and your families best interest please do some digging on the employees working at the firm and the values of the attorneys.

Our family has had the worst experience with this firm. Serious lack of communication and helping provide any answers. I would not recommend this firm to anyone in need of an elder care attorney.
