I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I chose this firm because they were already familiar with my situation and had previously worked on this property. I spoke with one of the lawyers, Sara, about preparing and filing a document. We had a great conversation, and it seemed like a routine process. She assured me she would call me back the next day with an update—that was three weeks ago. Since then, I have called numerous times, left multiple voicemails and messages with the receptionist—who twice told me that the lawyer would be in the next day. I have been persistent, as it's possible the work is already done, but I have no way of knowing because there has been zero communication since our initial call. I would highly suggest if you are closing on your property, use a different office!!!! When we bought our house in June of 2016, there was told to be an enchroachment on our driveway delaying the closing several times. Finally the day of closing, all matters were thought to be resolved. Not until after we signed paperwork were we told that the enchroament was still there but there was a claim in process in the previous owners name and our name and the title insurance was still insuring us and they knew of the problem.
