I contacted this firm for some very basic estate planning. After our initial meeting the attorney (Tyrone Borger) was late with the introductory questionnaire and then kept delaying crafting the documents. Finally, after I inquired, he told me they would be ready in a couple of days. I waited a week after his projected completion date and emailed him again. From that point forward he completely ghosted me. I had been referred to the firm through a legal plan and I reached out to the plan to see if they could help. The plan’s client services contacted the attorney and he told them he would call me that day.
