We went through an entire custody court proceeding, only for Crista and her team to make a significant error in the final order. To make matters worse, we were told we would be responsible for paying the fees to correct a mistake that was not ours. The experience felt disorganized and disappointing, especially given the seriousness of a custody case. I expected much more attention to detail and accountability.

I hired Branch Law Firm to handle my divorce. My ex-wife and I are on pretty amicable terms, meaning there was no need to duke anything out in court. Because of this, I can't comment on how they operate inside the courtroom. Christa, Deborah and John were the ones I dealt with the most on the phone and via email. I have nothing but positive things to say about their professionalism, candor and knowledge. However, like other reviews have said, things do take a while. This partially falls on me getting some documents and information to them; however, I started this process in (I believe) August of 2024 and my divorce was just now finalized in May 2025. Absolutely horrible experience! Simple child support termination request case. Waited 7 months and couldn’t even get a court date on the calendar. All my requests for updates went ignored. Paid $1200 to accomplish nothing, complete waste of money and time. This is a money trap 100%. I would never recommend this law firm to my worst enemy. Do not use this law firm!!!
