Extremely unprofessional experience. I was falsely accused of being rude when I simply asked a straightforward question about a refund check. I never raised my voice, was not disrespectful, and left quietly after reading the invoice provided. Instead of reaching out to clarify or understand what actually happened, Ms. Young chose to report me to another attorney without any direct communication. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and concerning, especially from someone appointed to work in the best interest of a child. I cannot recommend her services.
