I was charged $4000 for 3 hearings for visitation. Btw I had already worked out an agreement for visitation. This w as a very simple case. The final hearing lasted 10 minutes. Read your agreement very closely! HE will not explain it adequately. He told me he charged $330 an hr against a minimum retainer of $4000. What he didn't say is minimum retainer is a twisted way of saying he charges a fixed amount of $4000 regardless of the amount of time he puts in. If you are sitting in his office alone you are being charged $330hr.
