Mr. Elrod was attentive and understanding during our initial meeting. That's where it ended. Communication was almost non existent, and things took a turn for the worst during the mediation for which he was hired to assist in. I felt coerced and manipulated into settling for the exact opposite of what Mr. Elord was told in explicit detail was against my wishes. As a single mom, I can NOT recommend him at all. Yes, I am a real person who hired Mr. Elrod before you try to respond with "I don't know this person" or some such nonsense.

Brad worked very hard preparing for a Temporary injunction hearing for my family. Our case all came down to examination of a witness who made some outrageous allegations. Brad exposed this witness as severely deranged with a brilliant cross examination. I know how hard it is to respond to allegations "in the moment". Brads preparation and experience worked together to expose the allegations as unfounded and opposite of the truth. Money we'll spent in our case. Very happy with his representation in this matter.

Mr Elrod is a very nice man. Unfortunately nice does not win a divorce case. We were on the defensive end the entire case. I believe the entire system in Tyler county works together for their expected end.

Brad has handled several cases of child custody for us. Most recently he represented us for adoption. I have never felt so well represented not just legally, also morally. Didn't get to deal directly with Mr. Elrod. But I needed something done in one day. The office got us in immediately and helped get things done. (Deed transfer) Everything was handled quickly, and the conversation was nice.
