Evan Bracy worked as my closing lawyer on a triplex I owned. His communication was incredible and he made the process easy and flawless. He answered all of my questions quickly and patiently. I highly recommend him!

If it were possible to do zero, I would. Evan Bracy was the worst experience I have ever had with a lawyer. It literally took over a year to close a deal. He would not call me back. I believe his staff would lie and tell me he was not in. And his partners would not acknowledge it. I asked if he was sick, or something that would explain this...nothing. Save yourself agaony. Do not use this group of sorry lawyers.

Evan F. Bracy initiated legal action against us which resulted in us almost losing our home on three separate occasions. I have contacted the Committee on Professional Standards about this experience. He initially contacted my family back in 2004 by sending us a letter stating that we have no "obligation" to his clients, and then represented them in several lawsuits against our family, forcing us to pay his clients tens of thousands of dollars.

Used Mr Bracy to sell my small business building in November 2023. He answered all my questions, answered e-mails, was a source of good advice and is honest and fair. What else do you want?

Didn't wear a mask when my mother and sister met with him last week. Encouraged them to not wear one either. Got in close proximity to both of them to sign paperwork, still no mask.
