We needed some last minute consulting on a new house we were buying/building in a planned 55+ NC community (we live out of state, moving to NC). A friend of a relative recommended Beth. Within 2 days of contacting her, we had a conference call scheduled. We spoke for almost 30 minutes and she very clearly and kindly answered all our concerns/questions and then when I asked what we owed her, she said nothing, she was happy to help!
