While Atty Morrow and Atty Paul Kleinman are friendly and competent on eviction process, I wouldn’t recommend them due to lack of attention to detail and billing transparency practices. My case was time sensitive and all documents shared up front at time of initial consult yet Atty Morrow then went on vacation for a week where the week mattered. Senior counsel Kleinman also missed a major detail that I found and if I hadn’t, it would have thrown my case out on a technicality. He also made some inappropriate comments about my attractiveness that was really odd. Maybe that’s why he missed the details. My retainer was withdrawn from yet no invoices shared for over three months nor was my remaining retainer refunded without me asking. The also overcharged me and charged twice for reviewing do
