I contacted your office seeking legal advice and was informed that one of two attorneys would follow up with me. After waiting a week, I called again and was advised that I would still be receiving a call. More than three weeks have now passed without a response. While your firm may provide quality legal services, the lack of follow-up led me to seek representation elsewhere, where I received a prompt response. If you are to busy to take on new clients. Maybe you should just let them know so you are not wasting people's time.

I called this office to gain some info to explain to my mother before she went in to discuss her options w assets when she passes. Never got a call back. Two weeks later...whoever the hell she spoke with has left me befuddled on what was explained to her. I can see why the reviews of lacking effort are left here. TERRIBLE ADVICE.

Facility was clean. Receptionist was very kind. I met with Ginny Knudson for 15 minutes where she showed me where the forms are at online for me to fill out myself.....and then billed me $128. $128 to tell me to do the work myself. I'm really disappointed.

I'm not the type of person that typically needs to find an attorney, or legal representation. In fact, I've never had to go to court, file a court case, or defend my rights, until recently. The entire experience was extremely stressful, until I called this Law Firm. I spoke with the receptionist over the phone, and after a few details on my situation she said she would have an attorney call me back. Without too much detail, I can say they were prompt, the attorney listened carefully to my situation, and set up a meeting to gather the facts for my case, the next day. In the office before the meeting, the clearly explained the costs on a per hour basis, and during the meeting they were efficient with the time and no nonsense about the main concerns of my case. I felt reassured after the meet
