*DO NOT USE THEY COMPLETELY SCREWED UP AND LEFT ME WITH A 3k+ TAX BILL THAT WASNT MINE* As a real estate investor I have done many closings and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. They screwed up the taxes and I had to pay for last years taxes for the months I never owned the home, on top of what I paid the prior seller for taxes they were supposed to pay but did not. They are intentionally ignoring my repayment demands and at this point may have to take them to court to get my tax money back. The closing attorney Garth was not always good at answering emails and "went home early" even though we where waiting on him for info. The closing came and the seller didn't have the required signatures, which delayed it for almost a week. They did not recalculate the interest paymen

Don't use anybody else to close on a home! They pulled me out of a situation that could have been devastating. Thank you Mr. Bonney and the awesome secretary Mrs. Carolina!

Had this guy do a closing all ok till I went to sell and found the title work was incomplete had to pay other agent to do title work went to Bonney to fill on the title insurance but he said he would never heard from him again it was small money $200.00 he could have paid out of pocket or just filed.
