I would steer clear of Tony Ciccone, and his legal group he works with. He will give you a consult of your situation, then send you a bill (without ever having a contract together or billable hours/rates). Then will threaten you to pay him whatever he tells you to, and told me he sues his clients all the time and wins and will go after your credit. Not sure that suing your clients all the time is a win?? That is scary to even be the type that does that.. Beware!

I had a foundation issue about midway through my warranty contract. I tried my best to work with the builder to resolve my issue but soon found that they were doing their best to kick the can down the road. They used all kinds of tactics to make it look like they were interested in fixing it, but the true fix they were avoiding.
