Why are they even prosecuting the Samson Allen case, bro did nothing wrong and did NOT resist arrest, and police walked up to him and BODY-SLAMMED him on the ground. Then these darlings at the Boise City Attorney’s office are prosecuting the kid for “resisting arrest and obstructing.” Bro did neither of those crimes. Prosecuting this is a sham. Just drop it and uphold justice to law abiding citizens like Samson. JUSTICE FOR SAMSON

DROP THE SAMSON ALLEN CASE, NOW! The people don’t want the police to walk all over us, and be tyrants over us! You’re not representing us by prosecuting a law abiding citizen! We the people will not be bullied - I am very conservative, and I support police who keep our communities safe, but this police officer randomly went after this kid and without him doing anything to the officer, the officer grabs him and bodyslams him to the ground. Then the DA is prosecuting the kid, not the police officer! The charge? Resisting arrest! There was no crime to arrest him for - he was a law abiding citizen like me, then you try to grab him. You don’t have the right to grab a law abiding citizen. Then, once you’ve grabbed him, you slam him on the ground. And claim the crime being committed was resisting

They lied to me for 6 months that they were helping me out and then called one day and said they can't help. This was for a court case where we were the victim but they just dismissed restitution for us and had the defendant only pay the government fees. All they care about is themselves and not the people. Government at its best...
