I’ve only had good experiences with Bohdan. He’s realistic, experienced, aggressive when needed, and definitely not out for your money. He’s been doing this a long time and has helped so many people. Don’t let the bad reviews persuade you otherwise, there’s no such thing as a perfect lawyer. But I can tell you that he loves what he does and he knows his stuff. He has a wealth of knowledge and nerves of steel.

Zero stars if I could!! He misrepresented me in court!! On top of that he was super excited to chat it up with the other attorney and go down memory lane with him before discussing any kind of agreements. He lied to the judge and did not agree to anything that we had previously agreed to before entering the court room. He pretty much took his “superstar” attorney’s side the whole time, when he was supposed to be representing me and my children. I immediately fired him because he did not represent my case correctly nor have my best interest or my children’s best interests either. I’m already looking into a new better attorney.

In family law, coming to an agreement is the best possible solution, especially if there are children involved. If you have any hope to agree, the calming nature of Mr. Zachariasevych will serve you well. He is also a skilled mediator.

He did nothing that I asked him to do and is very unprofessional and took weekz to get back to me and when he finally did he gave me bad advice that almost made me commit fraud. Luckily I questioned his advice and found out that what he told me was not correct and I discontinued his representation so I can find a real attorney that knows what they are talking about … as they say you get what you pay for and he is cheap but if he gives you bad advice then doesn’t call you back until 10 days later after multiple attempts to contact him is it really worth it?

Dealt with him twice the first time was a child support issue . Had him draft a letter. The letter he sent was not the letter that we drafted ans was not the message I wanted to convey. The second time he represented my mom and lost her credentials
