am absolutely disgusted with the way your firm conducts itself. The way you've treated me has been nothing short of disrespectful and insulting. Every interaction has made it clear that you don't value your clients-you just string people along, dodge responsibility, and act like you're doing us a favor by even responding. Your behavior has been shady, unprofessional, and downright snake-like. Instead of providing real help, you hide behind excuses, attitude, and empty promises. I've never dealt with a group that made me feel so dismissed, lied to, and taken advantage of. You should be ashamed of the way you operate. I regret ever trusting your firm, and I won't hesitate to warn others to stay far away.

So disappointed and regretful of choosing this firm Lawyer literally spoke to me as if I was a piece of trash. He specifically told me in a belittling tone “you don’t talk, you listen. Don’t ask me no questions, you listen”. I wanted to make sure I understood what he was telling me by repeating it to him and he would literally cut me off, speak over me and literally tell me to be quiet. He said he was too busy to have a conversation with me and literally walked out mid conversation leaving me feeling doubtful of the person who is “representing me”. His behavior and tone towards me left me feeling disrespected, humiliated, uncomfortable and distressed. Customer service is decent ( receptionist are also good)overall would not recommend. They speak to you as if you are beneath them, do no throughly explain and gives you the run around when you call.

Please avoid this law firm. I'm still waiting for my settlement check that I was told would be available in February 2025. It is now May 2025, and I still haven't received my settlement check yet. Plus, the lack of communication from this law firm is terrible. You have to contact them because they won't contact you. Update: I finally received my settlement check in July. Unfortunately, the lawyers who worked on my case took most of the money. Again, avoid this law firm. I should have gone to Morgan&Morgan Law Group.

I would have been better off reading the reviews rather than following a friend's recommendation. This establishment is truly inadequate. There is a glaring lack of communication, and as previously mentioned, calls often go unanswered or result in vague responses. As a client, it is unreasonable to have to call repeatedly to receive updates. The lawyer should initiate contact periodically to provide case updates. Moreover, when calls are made, the professionalism is lacking. It seems that clients are viewed as an inconvenience when inquiring about their cases. My partner and I have consistently called nearly every month, only to receive disappointing and vague responses.
