Their receptionist is rude and unhelpful. They're unhelpful in general. They were willing to take my money and hand it out, but in a year's time couldn't do anything to legitimately help me. They made handling my mother's death and her estate even harder than it already was.
Very unprofessional. Reached out on the behalf of an inmate that’s incarcerated and was rudely hung up by clerk named Lydia. Lawyer never returned calls or voicemails!
