Not sure where my review went from 2021. My sister and I trusted in this firm in 2019 to help us and they did the opposite. “C” would always chat to me and my sister on the phone (not always about professional stuff) saying different things and created a family conflict at a very hard time in our life. I feel they were unprofessional as then served an outrageous bill for almost every minute that they spent in which a lot was useless in my opinion. When someone passes away it's a very hard time and should be handled with care and empathy. Years later and still hurts to think of what was done.

I was referred to this law firm by my lawyer for a tenant/landlord issue in 2022. Not eviction, the complete opposite. When I called I asked if this law firm handled tenant/landlord issues and they said yes. I was given some advise over the phone that caused the issue to escalate. I finally met with them recently and was told that they do not handle tenant/landlord issues. I only wanted to know where I stood as a NYS tenant with a legal lease and a perfect history. I feel that I was brushed aside and not taken seriously. I do not recommend this law firm.

Daniel Bloom is a person with a big heart who likes to help people and although I couldn't give him my case his way of speaking and treating people is very good.
