Don't waste your money. This guy doesn't care about you or your situation. He'll just take your money and do nothing. Even if the person you're trying to divorce is a convicted abuser. Blodgett has been in this business too long and is only finding his lavish retirement account. He has absolutely no conscience.

As a mom I feel I need to write a review for all the moms that worry about their children when they are going through a divorce or just fighting for their rights as a parent. My son is 31 and this is the first time he has ever needed to hire an attorney. He is the father of a beautiful 2 1/2 year old daughter. He has never been without her and even though it did not work out between the mom and him, he has fought every day to be just as close to his daughter as he was when he was in the relationship with his daughters mom. Unfortunately, the mom feels that because she is the mom, She has more rights than the father and was pulling all the strings. She decided when my son would see his daughter, when he would talk to her, and what he would do for her financially as long as it benefited

Bryan has great knowledge of the law in Oregon. He is aggressive, ethical and determined to do his best for you when working your case. He has hired or mentored many other up and coming attorneys in the area and is well respected my judges.

I have heard wonderful things about Blogett Family Law from friends and family, in fact he comes highly recommended. However, I recently reached and was accosted by his secretary. I was belittled, accused of being "highly inappropriate" and then hung up on. I honestly cried- in the moments when one is seeking legal assistance being lectured, belittled and hung up was not the experience that one would expect. Why Brian would allow this woman to represent him makes no sense.

Bryan is a wealth of knowledge and I couldn't of asked for someone better to of represented me. Incredible to work with.
