This situation is so heartbreaking and I am so disappointed in this company, the service I received, the customer service from other reps from this form and the resolution of my matter in general. It is so wrong that a property management place can never contact someone about a balance due, allow it to collect hundreds in fees and then have some law firm add their fees and threaten you with garnishment. I never had an issue paying what I owe and this is clearly a scam set between this law firm and the olde court apartment complex in pikesville to overcharge tenants and take advantage of people. I was a victim of identity theft,and sent several documents proving that I was. I called and attempted to talk to a real attorney, but they stonewalled me; I only was allowed to talk to paralegals/assistants. I had to go to the property in question with the police, serve written notice that I wasn't paying the debt, and Baltimore County police had to serve a subpoena just for me to get documents in question. Ridiculous They refused to give me any of the evidence being used against me, which was sparse: only a fake lease where the thief used my name and a ledger showing apartment charges. They had been coming after me since late 2023, early 2024 and this did not get resolved until October 2025. I see many bad reviews but that is probably par for a company that people owe money. Myself I have had a good experience. Gary worked with me at court, like a human, and we came to a reasonable agreement. I have no complaints. Thank you for being understanding of my situation

They tried to sue me. Later told by my attorney that maryland deemed what they were doing as unconstitutional. Told them if i walk into a court they would be sued for illegal prosecution.i received my notice of dismissal shortly after. Ambulance chasers that don't keep up with laws. Dont be intimidated take them on. They are going for those that they can take advantage of. They like those that pay them in fear of further action only to lose their case if brought to a courtroom and get sued for more then they asked for. The only one that matters is the judge. Not their intimidation.
