Brian and Cheryl were the worst lawyers one could get. They promised and assured me on multiple occasions for example they could subpoena certain phone records and in another point use certain criminal records (child endangerment) of the other party in court and in every instance they could not and/or got shut down by the other lawyer. It was a bold face lie or complete ineptness which cost me thousands in man hours. The kicker is we go to family court and Brian walks in completely ill prepared. The other lawyer had a full custody plan built out that wholly benefited the other party and Brian had a blank pad of paper. He then "advised it was good plan" and I should go with it even though it reduced my existing custody substantially and cost me much more in child support! This is my own cou
