Got the title search actually started with all legal documents, but this company's boss declined to do business with us because they "couldn't verify the identity" of a Federally recognized tribe? I was willing to give them any information they wanted, but they declined. Sure looked like they were covering for something else to me. VERY sloppy business practices and I will never recommend them to anyone in the future.

Disappointed with post-closing disbursement. Closing was Friday; by Monday there was still no proceeds wire. We had already included wiring instructions in the overnight package and later provided the bank’s phone and address on request. After multiple follow-ups, there was no IMAD/trace or firm ETA. Please tighten your funding/disbursement procedures and provide concrete updates rather than “hopefully today.” We still not receiving the funds and concerned.

Matt is the best attorney I have ever had the pleasure of seeing perform in court. He cares about family and American values. He believes in our constitution and is passionate about it. I would highly recommend these folks!

They were so nice and were very patient in explaining everything. And they were less expensive than other places.
