Terrible communication. The case workers never answered any questions directly. Disconnected phone calls. Texts in the middle of the night. Never spoke with an actual attorney. Impossible to get on the client portal. We filed our SSI case separately ourselves and they took their cut anyway. The case worker assured us that the SSDI denial was being appealed, but then sent us a letter saying we had 10 days (envelope dated 6 days later than the letter) to request them to appeal or the matter was closed. Terrible experience. We will look elsewhere for a reputable attorney.

They were very good and attentive to my case they got me approved and it didn't cost me an arm or leg no pun intended they were curtious and patient I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends

Nothing against Bill gordon but the case worker assigned to my case named Joann was not very helpful.every time I needed to call her I could never get her on the phone at the time I was calling.every single time the representative would say she was on another line didn't matter what time of day it was.then it was never a call back the same day it wa mostly the next following day.then when I did speak with her she always sounded as if I were a burden to her.plus the ssa determination office had a little trouble getting ahold of her as well.she never called to check to see about anything concerning my claim.and in fact 2 weeks after I was approved I called Ms. Joann and asked her if she had heard anything concerning my claim and as she said just about everytime her answer would be no that ss

I am so happy that I hired Bill Gordon and Associates to file my disability claim. I was losing hope after trying by myself and then hiring a lawyer that showed very little interest in my case. My condition only got worse and was desperate to find help. I found this firm through a phone book because I have a bad connection where I live. They went overboard to keep contact with me even with my phone difficulties. Everyone at this office is pleasant from the receptionist, case managers, and my attorney. It did take a while because nobody really seems to know how debilitating extreme tinnitus can be but this firm did everything to get me a hearing and I am so happy to say that my case was approved. Finally , someone believed me.
