John R. Bilka is the worst lawyer I've ever met - not only did he refuse to try for a speedy trial in a court case, he dodged phone calls for over 4 months, was rude whenever we had contact with him, and when he sent us the bill for his work, he put in less than 8 hours on a court case he dragged out for around 10-11 months. I would avoid any lawyer that would even associate with this pathetic excuse for an attorney. We're working on filing grievances against him, and will continue to a possible malpractice.

DO NOT USE KEARY BILKA AS YOUR ATTORNEY YOU WILL REGRET IT.He did not get his exhibits in to the court on time sent them into the court a month late and sends the judge a sob letter saying he was too busy to get them in on time. Let's everyone free him up some time and not use his services at all. He also wrote the court asking them to cancel the court date a day or two before the trial after my husband had taken off of work for that day. The guy is a total jerk who cannot get his work done on time. He is not worth your time or money.

Untrustworthy. Avoid at all cost. With so many lawyers in WI why not work with someone better. Someone that has client(s) that trust them enough to allow them to negotiate on their behalf. These guys are a joke.

JOHN BILKA IS A RUDE ARROGANT LAWYER. DO NOT GIVE BUSINESS TO THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE LAW OFFICE.
