A typical day of driving to work one day turned into the scariest most awful experience of my life when someone chose to run a red light. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW OFFICE. 2 stars because they got the job done, but the lack of communication, the case manager who I did not like (I’m sure she returned the sentiment), the lawyer who isn’t even there anymore, the changing of the lawyers who never called to introduce themselves, receiving the wrong person’s PRIVATE medical & billing files (someone not involved in my accident at all), and … I wasn’t going to leave this review until… the rude staff who condescended my passenger during pick up (oh and the case manager not communicating with her staff again) — are all reasons why I give 2 stars. I feel misled by these other 5 star reviews when I first signed up with them. Look closer and you’ll see some interesting coincidences. It’s hard to believe these are legitimate reviews
