Dena Baz is too busy to read what you give her and she disregardd your concerns. She appears in court and doesn’t argue with you asked her to argue and you walk out of the courtroom in shock. Look elsewhere. We gave Dena important information showing that the child had an unstable living situation. We told Dena that the judge made an exception to allow a second Hearing to hear a defense against the other parties, false accusations. She was too busy to listen. We asked her to get the case history from the court so that she could understood what had taken place. She asked for it one hour before the hearing instead of using it to prepare her case.We had to tell her multiple things multiple times and she still didn’t remember them. Shop around! There are plenty of other lawyers out there that are much better and thorough. Ms. Bez's office was horrible at getting back to me. They are SLOW. They are disorganized. Ms. Bez lacks negotiation skills. Makes me wonder if she truly wants to close a case or keep it open....that seems obvious. Some of the hardest situations are NOT fun with this office. Do yourself a favor and shop around and get someone who is actually going to be on top of things and maybe who likes their job!
