Pathetic. Dishonest. Unfair. Greedy. Liar. Cruel. Edited to add: I am not an adverse party as was noted by the disgruntled attorney. My grandmother originally hired him solely for convenience as his office is close to her home. As her best friend, granddaughter, & one of the eight beneficiaries of the will, I don't consider myself an adverse party. The attorney should have been working for the FAMILY instead of one greedy person instead. Grandma explained her wishes to her POA/executrix/eldest daughter AND then to her attorney and her will was still altered after the fact and they had her sign said changes after doctors told her not to sign anything or make such changes because of her brain cancer diagnosis. My opinion of pathetic because I visited his office requesting to meet with this

Made false promises him and miss Lisa then when times got hard for me would not work with adjustment of my chapter 13 payment after I was promised they would do not go to this lawyer very unprofessional and his staff
