First of all, James was my husband who passed and I the wife contacted you for help to get his benefits and also for his son that has disabilities. I thought it would be so simple!!! You didn't take my case. I really believe that no one cares about the military, and the family when they pass!!! They just want you to go away. My husband's case was so simple. Just needed to prove that it was service connected, but maybe attorney's don't want to work for it. They prefer a slam dump case!!!!

Everything with the initial call went great. Ill update more as the process goes along. Updated from 5 stars to 2 stars. After waiting for a review of my VA file, I received a generic form email stating they wouldn't be taking my case due to 'staff and resources.' My main issue is the lack of communication; at no point did anyone actually speak with me to ask questions about my specific issues or the details of my claim. It felt like a 'money-first' decision rather than an effort to help a veteran. If you're looking for a firm that actually investigates your medical history rather than just skimming a file, you may want to look elsewhere.
