Extremely Disappointed in The Berman Law Group I’m very disappointed in the way The Berman Law Group handled my case. I was T-boned and lost my vehicle, and my son, Karter, who was with me, suffered injuries that ended his football season. We were referred to doctors who did nothing to help, and communication from the law firm was terrible from start to finish. We were told the firm was going after $300,000 from the at-fault driver’s insurance. After nearly two years, they pushed us into mediation and settled for $125,000 — $75K for me and $50K for my son. After their fees, loans, and deductions, I only received $25,630.60. They’re now holding my son’s portion and plan to take another $20,000 in fees, $11,000 for doctors who didn’t help, and $500 for a guardian. That means my son will w
