Despite multiple attempts to connect and follow up, their response times were unreasonably slow, and communication was virtually non-existent. It's disheartening to see such a lack of urgency or courtesy when dealing with individuals who are seriously seeking legal guidance. I've been in the residential real estate industry since 1977 and have used/hired a number of title companies and/or closing attorneys. I've also moved personally a dozen times in the ensuing years and have never come across a company as convoluted as this one. While under contract for 60 days while selling my home, I dealt with a number of people at this firm, but always by email - I only spoke to one individual by phone, and frankly she sounded like a high school student. The closer for the company left on vacation the week before my scheduled closing - and it went downhill from there. I'll skip the gory details, but the closing was such a fiasco they ended up dropping their closing fee. Imo, there's no reason to hire a firm when a single attorney would serve you well, with less hassle.
