Hired Adam Benson for my children custody case. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer that is going to take your case seriously, or care about the outcome. I should've fired him after it took him 3 months to just turn in the affidavit. After that it was very clear he did not care about my situation at all. I did not have a good experience with him.

I met with Adam May 28. 2024. I needed assistance with selling some stock . I had no response from him after calling at least four times. This was a time sensitive situation and the due date was approaching. I had to find assistance elsewhere.

Adam Benson seems to have too many cases ongoing and is unable to provide each client with adequate representation. He fails to keep in good communication and relay vital case information in a timely manner. Which has caused unnecessary delays and a waste of time for everyone involved.

When it comes time to protecting your estate after your death, please call the Benson Law Office. They have helped many of my loved ones and we are thankful we found them. You are in the best hands possible. Get your stuff done for your families sake. Don't put your loved ones through the mess of not protecting your estate. You have to do it when you are alive.
