I was refered to go to this "law firm" and told that they would be more than willing to help me understand what I needed to do with my situation. I'm a Disabled Veteran and I have a hard time understanding things that used to come easy to me. It's embarrassing and I am very self conscious of it. These "people" are exactly what's wrong with our society. They claim to have served Idaho for 100+ yrs and yet they treat people like trash. While I was waiting to be seen, I watch a mother come in to ask about her son's case and the secretary said that they had bigger things to worry about and that her son was not a major priority at the moment. Called the firm and Sharon was the rudest person in the world. Acted like they didn’t want my business. I do not know how the operate with someone that pushes clients away. Wouldn’t have been a lot of revenue but could have been a repeat customer as life progresses.

I wrote about inquiring their services for divorce. I got told 3 separate times, that they were gonna have an attorney contact me back. It's been over 2wks and NADT! So, why waste my money on them if it's clear that they are too busy to just return a call. Also, I'm informing Metlife Legal Insurance about Benoit Law's lack of communication & interest too.
