Overall had a terrible experience here. Was told I had a great case so pursued it and then the story changed. Attorney ended up with all the money and I was left with nothing. Had a reputable attorney go over what they were charging and in fact pricing was very high.

The BTJD team does amazing work for their clients. I've referred clients to Mike Giles, Barry Johnson, Joshua Lee, and James Tracy. They have an amazing reputation and it is well-earned.

I am only writing this review because I don't want anyone to end up in the same situation as me working with Stacy McNeill, McKenna Morris (junior attorney), Candice Montoya (paralegal), and Shauna Harmon (Stacy's assistant). Stacy made herself very available for two free consult sessions. Once hired, however, it always took her weeks to months of emails, texts, and calls to her and her team for every question I had and for every step of my case to happen. At one point, responding to my frustration with this, Shauna emailed me, "FYI, her inbox gets inundated with emails." Stacy can be very charming, and was when I met her and frequently during working on the case. However, there were moments of unsettling animosity from her.
