The reviews he gets says enough and is likely the reason he doesn’t respond to clients. He’s probably ashamed and given up. You’d think a lawyer would also understand what PR means, but clearly not. Don’t bother with Benjamin, he puts more focus on replying to negative reviews than communicating with clients. Edit: point proven by the fact he didn’t respond to me all week but preferred responding to the negative reviews to protect his weak reputation. Also seems Benjamin doesn’t understand that people like their anonymity or have online aliases. He clearly gets his emotions mixed up in his work. Edit 2: Benjamin likes to discredit anonymity even though his behavior shows he struggles with his out lashes towards clients. Who would want a person like that to know who’s leaving the review?

Same day service and he gave me the three key factors I needed to have success with my case, from me giving him a written outline of my situation to provide him with an informed start. No time wasted, great law knowledge as he said more in our first meeting then the other three lawyers I was thinking of hiring. If you want blunt and honest, he is great to work with on a case

I used maybe a bit more than half of the consultation and he said to reach back out of I had any questions. Literally right after we hung up I tried to get in touch with him...but to no avail. I left a voicemail and text. I just wanted to ask one more question. Wasn't the friendliest but seemed to have good advice

We just paid for a consultation to this mono times RUDE lawyer. Not worth a penny talking to this guy. He literally just told my wife and I quote "Jesus Christ!! Can I get a word in" as she asked a question we're paying for. He was completely incompetent to the law surrounding our tenancy. You should BE REMOVED from the Oregon bar referral. If you need an attorney who cares, knows the law, and treats you with respect you won't find those qualities here. Unbelievable waste of time and money. 10/17/25 1pm

Called the bar about a question I had and I was referred to him. He basically told me to give up on pursuing this guy in small claims court, because the judge didn't have jurisdiction to do what I wanted? He told me to give up and spend tons of money on hiring him. Turns out he was wrong and I won the case so I don't know what he was talking about.
