Unfortunately, dealing with the Bendinelli law firm was a bit of a trial (pun somewhat intended). It took over 4 years to reach a settlement. Started out with them sending a letter to the insurance company that appeared to be written by a 6th grader. Case was then left hanging for a couple of years when the ball was dropped by a lawyer that left. Fortunately, when we were finally contacted by the firm, subsequent lawyers picked up the ball and obtained a settlement for us. Be very involved if you select this firm.
