Stay away! Stay away! Stay away or you will regret it! This place is insane! I’m making this review because I have had it with the disgusting attitude of the Office Manager of this law firm! I made an appointment several weeks ago to get a trust done for my mother who is 93 and we are covered under our MetLife insurance through my wife’s work so they let me sit here with an appointment faking that everything is good for two weeks and then I get a call today that they do not cover what I requested. That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard because my wife works in HR for her company and knows their rules specifically, So when talking with the Office Manager today, no matter what I say she has a reason to go against it and tell me that that’s not what they do and that’s not what they

This office manages my company and has since 2020. I spoke with Jim Benckendorf in 2020 about starting an LLC and he was patient, knowledgeable, and generally helpful during our process to start a business. My business partner and I have been impressed by the responsiveness of the legal team over there, putting us at ease with their professionalism and quick follow up to questions. Jim, Mandy, and Emily have been wonderful to work with and our company will continue to use their firm for any and all future legal needs.

I hired Lynne Binkele to handle my will, trust, and related documents. Lynne (and the whole firm) is very professional and caring about my situation and completed the work very quickly and accurately. They were extremely understanding about making changes I wanted. They were up front about the costs as well. Highly recommend!

My final bill from this attorney was at least twice what he originally estimated. He didn't honor my requests for how he shared documents with me. The costs kept creeping up because he wouldn't listen to the communication issues I was having with him so that added more unnecessary cost to my bill. Also ended up in a situation were he said he talked with the other attorney and then I find out he didn't talk to them. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this divorce attorney and I wouldn't go back to them again.
